My story is about overcoming challenges with Grace and persevering through Grit.

Hello there! I'm Grace Thomas, a dedicated professional with a diverse background as a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer, and Endurance Coach. My journey began as a four-year Varsity Cross Country and Track & Field athlete at The Ohio State University.

From the very start, nutrition played a significant role in my life. However, it wasn't until my time as a Division I athlete that I truly grasped its profound importance. Throughout my athletic career, I maintained a positive relationship with food, driven by my love for cooking and the desire to optimize my body's performance.

During those transformative college years, challenges emerged. I faced struggles with low bone density, dietary restrictions, and overexertion—a combination referred to as relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S). Despite the hurdles that forced me to step back from training and competitions, I remained resolute.

Rather than allowing setbacks to define me, I used the lessons gleaned from my experience to propel myself forward. The result? A newfound determination that led me to pursue a career as a Registered Dietitian.

My journey has equipped me with valuable insights into the intricate relationship between nutrition, physical performance, and overall well-being. I'm passionate about guiding individuals to achieve their full potential by nourishing both body and mind. Through personalized coaching, evidence-based strategies, and unwavering support, I'm here to help you conquer challenges and surpass your goals.

Are any of your services in-person?

Yes, I offer in-person nutrition coaching and personal training for clients located in the Columbus, OH area. I also travel throughout the Ohio area for seminars and team talks.

Can I use my HSA or insurance plan for any of your services?

No, but you may be able to submit receipts through your FSA or HSA, but check with your plan.

What payment options do you accept?

You can pay through Venmo or Stripe.

I'm not an athlete. Can I still work with you?

If you work out on a daily basis I consider you an athlete! But yes, I work with the general population, recreational athletes, elite athletes, and everyone in between.
